This month our member meeting will be at O.C.C. Brewing. Dan has graciously offered to close the brewery for us to have a private event! The kitchen will be open until 7 and all are encouraged to arrive early for some food. The menu was updated recently and is really quite good!
Update 2/19: We are revising our normal agenda and we’ll be education heavy tomorrow. First up will be sharing the 9 Lagers brewed for the Fermentations Lager Experiment. Darin will have a simple questionnaire to capture a couple of key characteristics on each. We’re also excited to hear about fermentation from Dan Ramos. The kitchen will be open until 7:00 PM, so arrive hungry. Please remember raffle items and anything for the freecycle table.
