Colorado State University-Pueblo Continuing Education and Bristol Brewing Company are joining together again to present the 7th Zymurgy Institute this Fall.  The $99-series of 10-classes will be running every Monday evening at 7pm from October 1 to December 3 in the Bristol Brewing Company Tasting Room, 1647 South Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, 80906.

This semester’s topics include: Brewing Microbiology; Yeast Propagation; Industrial Brewery Health and Safety; Basic Tasting Techniques; Off Flavors; Ivywild; Beer Marketing; Motherhood and Beer; A Brewery Tour; and Food Pairings.

Please join us as we continue learning about the art and science of beer in a production brewery classroom environment.  For your convenience, registration forms are attached for 7.0 this semester and series 8.0 and 9.0 at Ivywild in 2013.  Don’t delay, enroll today.
